Please use the Practice Fusion Access to Patient portal or Charm EHR (for virtual patients) for HIPAA compliant communication. I strive to reply within 24 hours. Please let me know via email (vitadoc2@gmail.com) if you don’t know or forgot your username or if you got locked out of your account.
Email communication is not HIPAA compliant and sometimes outgoing or incoming emails are caught in spam filters or junk email folders, or simply hidden between other emails.
Text messaging and apps like WhatsApp are likewise not HIPAA compliant but may be used for communications that do not contain protected health information.
Please avoid using social media platforms such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etcetera, to communicate with me.

Filling out pertinent items ahead of time helps us use our face-to-face time more efficiently.
